Gilles Rasigade is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of teale.
An engineer by training and PhD in optoelectronics, he has built his career at the intersection of scientific research and software innovation. He began at Fastbooking, where he led development projects and introduced DevOps practices, before joining Kapten (formerly Chauffeur Privé). There, he rose from Technical Team Lead to CTO, shaping the company’s technology vision and driving the platform’s international expansion with a focus on performance and scalability.
At Teale, Gilles leverages this dual scientific and technological expertise to address a crucial mission: building digital solutions that combine innovation, security, and ethics to support employees’ mental health.
